As part of our effort to keep office managers fully trained on the latest systems and procedures, we will offer several different
training courses in New Orleans.

| Description: | NEW! The beginner class has been completely revamped to include more Walrus and systems training to better prepare managers for hectic patient days. Day 2 of this training is devoted to hands-on practice with Walrus. Existing managers or new hires with little or no experience using Walrus will benefit most from this class.

| Expenses: | Travel and lodging expenses will now work as follows: 1.) If a practice earnes $1 million or more in annual revenu and 50% operating profit, OCA will pick up all training and travel costs for a maximum of two attendees*. 2.) If a center improves operating profit by 15% or more one year after the date of the class, OCA will pay all training and travel expense as well*. 3.) All others will have travel and lodging coded as a center expense. (The travel costs for additional persons sent by one office may be charged as a center expense. If one doctor is sending more than two peopleper year, additional charges may apply) *This policy may change at any time without notice at the discretion of OCA management. |
